Our Attorneys and Offices: The firm has eight attorneys across four offices. The Huntsville office is served by LaTasha Huffman and Rebecca Lee. The Montgomery office is served by John Tyler Winans and Julia Collins. The Birmingham office is served by David Miller, Paige Johnson, and Christopher Owens. Steven Harris is the firm owner and practices across all four offices, including Chelsea.

Christopher Owens focuses his practice on probate and estate planning from the firm’s downtown Birmingham office, serving Birmingham and Chelsea clients.
