She later obtained her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law, where she was honored with the NAACP Outstanding Young Professional Award for her early dedication to professional excellence.

Throughout her career, Ms. Lee has been actively involved in civic and community organizations that make a positive impact on families in North Alabama. She served on the Lawyer Voices for Survivors Task Force on Human Trafficking, focusing on outreach, increasing awareness, and providing free legal services to vulnerable populations. She is also an active member of the Madison County Bar Association and volunteers with the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program, extending her legal skills to individuals who might otherwise lack access to representation.
