Female Family Law Attorney Julia Collins

For over a decade, Attorney Julia Collins has been fighting for families mainly in the areas of Family Law, Probate & Estates, Adoption, and Criminal Law.  Mrs. Collins has successfully fought for families across the State of Alabama, including representing children and families in juvenile proceedings across Chilton County, Dallas County, Elmore County, and Autauga County. 

Although Mrs. Collins has experience in handling a broad range of matters – including civil litigation, juvenile matters, family law, probate, and criminal matters – in recent years she has primarily focused on helping individuals with their family law matters in Autauga, Elmore, and Chilton County, Alabama. Attorney Julia Collins has handled complex appellate cases as well as highly contentious divorce proceedings in Elmore and Autauga County.

Mrs. Collins grew up in the Montgomery and Autauga County areas, graduating from Booker T Washington Magnet High School. After high school, Julia attended Auburn University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in English and minors in both Education and German. She received her law degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, Autauga County Bar Association, and in the Middle and Northern Divisions of the United States Federal District Court.
