Mr. Winans was born and raised in Texas. He attended Junior College in South Texas, where he received two Associate Degrees in Business and Wildlife Management. After finishing school in South Texas, he attended Sul Ross State University. While there, he received his B.S. in Business Administration. Later he attended Jones School of Law in Montgomery, AL. Mr. Winans is a proud member of the Montgomery Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. He is a bit of a cowboy in his personal life. Tyler and his wife are both attorneys and both are known to compete in professional rodeos in Montgomery and throughout the country from time to time. From team roping competitions in Las Vegas to barrel racing competitions in Texas, this couple likes to compete on the road together.
