Ms. Lee attended undergraduate school at Florida State University, where she was SGA Class President before obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Communication. While there, she also served as a cheerleader for the Florida State Seminoles and was an active member of her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi. After leaving Florida State University, Ms. Lee obtained her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama where she was awarded the NAACP Outstanding Young Professional Award.

Ms. Lee worked on the Lawyer Voices for Survivors Task Force on Human Trafficking focused on conducting outreach, increasing awareness, and providing free legal services.
