Attorney Robert Leavell

Attorney Robert Leavell regularly represents families successfully in divorce and probate courts across Central and South Alabama. Robert was born and raised in Alabama and graduated from Birmingham Southern College with a Bachelors Degree. He then went on to obtain a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Alabama. Mr. Leavell obtained his law degree from Birmingham School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the Federal Courts and all Alabama courts.

While Robert’s experience has enabled him to handle a wide range of matters including real estate and appellate work, he primarily focuses his practice on family law, probate, estate planning, and elder law. Robert is a member of the of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Shelby County Bar Association, and in the Middle and Northern Divisions of the United States Federal District Court.
